Our Step-by-Step Work Visa Facilitation Process

We offer two processing options:

Self-Service Online Portal – Manage your entire application online with real-time updates.
Agent Assistance – A dedicated expert will guide you through each step.

Step 1: Onboarding & Registration

  • Create an account on our client portal or request an agent to assist you.
  • Upload your CV and required documents (passport, certificates, etc.).
  • Pay a registration fee of KES 10,659 to initiate the process.

Step 2: Document Review & Employer Matching

  • Our experts review your qualifications and experience and align them with available employer requirements.
  • We verify your documents to ensure compliance with immigration and employer policies.

Step 3: Medical Examination

  • A medical test is required to confirm that you meet the health standards of the host country.
  • Medical results must be from a public health facility and submitted strictly via email.

Step 4: Employment Agreement & Processing Fee

  • Once a suitable employer expresses interest, you will receive an employment agreement outlining job details, salary, and conditions.
  • A KES 300,000 processing fee is required at this stage (payable after document review).
  • Once confirmed, we proceed with visa facilitation.

Step 5: Work Visa & Employer Processing

  • Your application is submitted to the employer for final review.
  • Once approved, the employer issues an official job offer letter.
  • We initiate the work visa/work permit application with immigration authorities.

Step 6: Final Medical & Visa Appointment

  • You will undergo a final medical test at the IOM (International Organization for Migration) in Gigiri.
  • We schedule your visa and biometric appointment with the relevant embassy.

Step 7: Visa Interview & Approval

  • You will attend an embassy interview as part of the visa issuance process.
  • Upon visa approval, we guide you on the next steps for travel and relocation.

Step 8: Relocation & Job Start

  • Once your visa is issued, you will receive travel instructions and a pre-departure briefing.
  • You arrive in your new country and begin your role with full legal authorization..

You will need a professionally written CV, a cover letter tailored to the job, certified academic and professional credentials, valid identification (passport or ID), and letters of recommendation or references. For international applications, visa and work permit documents are also required.
